Welcome to the fiery world of my handcrafted spicy roasted and smoked pepper blends! 

 Nestled in the heart of San Diego, California, I cultivate a variety of non-GMO, organically grown peppers in small batches, ensuring each blend is a labor of love.

 My passion for gardening is deeply rooted in my family's history. Inspired by my grandparents' small farm in Palo Alto, California, and my grandmother's artistic pickling skills showcased in Sunset Magazine, I inherited the gardening bug. Originating from Yokohama, Japan, my grandmother's green thumb left an indelible mark on me.

For me, nourishing others is a way of life, and I infuse that love and fire into my smoked and roasted spice blends. The unique fusion includes but limited to 32 plus varieties of the world's hottest, diverse and unique peppers. Some varieties

My process is a dynamic dance of flavors and aromas. I pick the peppers at peak ripeness and then dehydrate them. After dehydration I will roast them to pull out all the nutty goodness.

Embracing the philosophy of limited editions, I grow organic small batches each season, some of my peppers are producing yearly. The soil, enriched with ocean forest goodness and organic fertilizers such as worm castings from my personal worm farm, fish emulsion, and super frog organic ocean fertilizer, ensures the health of both the peppers and the consumers. California sunshine, the ultimate ingredient, adds that extra touch of goodness.
